At Spencer Travel, we are committed to providing exceptional travel planning services. Please read our refund policy carefully, as it outlines how refunds are handled for travel bookings and services.

Spencer Travel acts as a travel advisor and booking agent on behalf of third-party travel providers (e.g., airlines, cruise lines, tour operators, and hotels). All refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of the individual supplier. Spencer Travel does not issue refunds directly for services booked through third-party providers.

2. Deposits
• Most deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.
• Clients will be informed of deposit terms prior to payment.

3. Cancellations
• Refund eligibility for cancellations depends on the policies of the specific travel supplier.
• Some bookings may be partially refundable or non-refundable based on fare class, timing, and supplier terms.
• Spencer Travel will make reasonable efforts to facilitate cancellation requests and assist with refund claims, but cannot guarantee the outcome.

4. Service Fees
• Planning or consultation fees charged by Spencer Travel are non-refundable once services have been rendered.
• Any time-based or custom itinerary planning fees are considered payment for time and expertise and are not tied to supplier refund eligibility.

5. Changes & Rebookings
• In some cases, suppliers may allow travel credits or rescheduling options instead of refunds.
• Spencer Travel will help coordinate these changes whenever possible, but any fees associated with modifications are the responsibility of the client.

6. Travel Insurance
We strongly encourage clients to purchase travel insurance to protect their travel investment against cancellations, interruptions, delays, and emergencies. Insurance may offer additional options for refund or reimbursement depending on your coverage.

7. Force Majeure
No refunds will be issued in the event of cancellations or delays caused by circumstances beyond the control of Spencer Travel or its suppliers, including but not limited to weather events, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, civil unrest, or acts of government.

8. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for reviewing all terms and conditions related to their booking and ensuring they understand the refund policies of each travel provider. Spencer Travel will provide assistance and documentation when needed to support any valid refund request.
