Spencer Travel acts as an independent travel advisor and booking agent. We arrange travel services on your behalf through third-party providers (airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, etc.). Your contracts for travel services are with those providers, and their terms also apply.

2. Payments & Pricing
• Prices are not guaranteed until payment is made in full and confirmed by the provider.
• Deposits may be required and are often non-refundable.
• Final payment deadlines will be clearly communicated; missed payments may result in cancellation.

3. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds
• Cancellation and refund policies vary by supplier.
• Spencer Travel will assist with cancellation requests, but fees may apply.
• Change requests (dates, names, destinations) may also incur additional charges.

4. Travel Documents & Requirements
• Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, vaccination records, and any required travel documents.
• Spencer Travel will provide guidance but is not liable for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete documentation.

5. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover cancellations, delays, medical issues, and emergencies. Spencer Travel can assist in offering policy options but is not responsible for claims or coverage decisions.

6. Liability Disclaimer
Spencer Travel is not liable for personal injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by acts or omissions of third-party providers, weather, natural disasters, pandemics, or any other force majeure events.
